A wellness session at SEVA with yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, followed by tea, coffee, and local vendors.

Our second installment of our wellness club, this lovely experience was hosted by SEVA wellness with a bespoke yoga, breath work and sound healing session for our TDG community. Followed by tea and coffee in the tranquil SEVA garden with local vendors for our community to explore and try.
